- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials necessary for analysis, identification, storage, remediation, transportation, clean-up, emergency response, recycling, and disposal of various chemicals, hazardous waste products, and other non-hazardous and recyclable waste materials, routine industrial cleaning, and required training, for the Divisions of Water, Cleveland Public Power, and Water Pollution Control, Department of Public Utilities and the Department of Public Works for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a license agreement with a vendor to install and maintain an automated teller machine terminal located in Room 122, Vital Statistics for the use and convenience of the general public, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into one or more Concession Agreements for the operation of a food and beverage concession at Collinwood Athletic Complex, for the Department of Public Works, for a period of one year with two one year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more standard and requirement contracts for the purchase, lease, or lease with option to purchase, of various on-road vehicles, apparatus, and off-road equipment, cabs, bodies and accessories, equipment, and other aftermarket items necessary to equip the vehicles authorized for their intended purposes, including vehicle rehabilitation, training, and inspections, as needed, for the Department of Public Utilities.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement with The Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation to co-sponsor the 2024 One World Day.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell certain City-owned property no longer needed for the City’s public use located on the northwest corner of Delora Avenue and Fulton Road to Civic Builders, LLC, for purposes of residential development.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance or Director of Public Works, as appropriate, on behalf of the Office of Sustainability, to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, for the Strategic Investments in Equitable Tree Canopy Growth and Preservation Grant; to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts for urban forestry services; to employ one or more professional consultants; and authorizing the appropriate Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to implement the grant.
