- 41 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into an amendment to the Lease By Way of Concession No. 67743 with BAA USA, Inc. dba Fraport Cleveland, LLC for the lease, management, design, and construction of retail merchandise, food, beverage, and service concessions for the Department of Port Control facilities to extend the termination date of the agreement for a period of one year.
