- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the first option to renew Contract No. PS2023-0298 with PMG Executive Program Management, LLC to provide executive airport development programming, financing, planning, design and related services.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials necessary to remove rubber and any other contaminants from paved surfaces, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of two years, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a loan agreement with Neighborhood Health Care, Incorporated, or its designee, to provide economic development assistance to partially finance the redevelopment of property located at 13027 Lorain Avenue needed to expand their operations and for other associated costs necessary to redevelop the property.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to enter into one or more contracts with MDX Medical, LLC dba Sapphire Digital, a Zelis Company, to obtain a subscription or license to use the SmartShopper program for City employees as part of employee health insurance benefits, for the Department of Human Resources, for a period of one year, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Human Resources.
