- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to enter into one or more agreements with Case Western Reserve University for professional services necessary to continue implementation of a data collection and analysis process, for the Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, for a period of one year with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Safety.
