- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Public Safety and Finance to enter into one or more contracts with Heritage Health Solutions, Inc. for medical billing services for inmates and prisoners, for the Departments of Public Safety and Finance, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To supplement the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland Ohio, 1976, by enacting new Section 401.711, relating to the definition of under-speed vehicles; and to enact new Sections 450.01 to 450.08 and 450.99 relating to under-speed vehicles.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To establish the Local Government Test fund.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Clerk of Council to enter into an agreement with Granicus, LLC to purchase cloud-based software subscriptions and services for an integrated legislative management system for Cleveland City Council.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To provide for the transfer and amendment of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) within the General Fund.
