- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 621.07 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as enacted by Ordinance No. 54-74, passed March 25, 1974, relating to menacing of a healthcare worker.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Aging to apply for and accept one or more grants from the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging for 2026-28 Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging Programs, including Supportive Services and Aging and Disability Resource Center Programs; and authorizing the director to accept gifts, grants, or services from any public or private entity for the purposes of this grant.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to enter into one or more contracts with Court Community Service for, one, professional services necessary to place criminal defendants in community service and, two, for placement of criminal defendants in the Cleveland Work Crew Program, both as referred by the Court, for the Cleveland Municipal Court, each for a period of one (1) year, with two (2) one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to enter into one or more contracts with Oriana House, Inc. for professional services necessary to provide appropriate placement for defendants to be assigned into supervised pretrial release without the sanction of incarceration and to provide related services, for the Cleveland Municipal Court, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew exercisable by the Director of Finance.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Cleveland Municipal Court, to enter into one or more contracts with the Cuyahoga County Public Defender Commission for legal services necessary to defend indigent defendants charged with violation of ordinances of the City of Cleveland that may result in incarceration, for the Cleveland Municipal Court for a period of one year, with one option to renew for an additional consecutive year, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
