- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To rename the Department of Economic Development to the Department of Development by amending the title to Chapter 144 and various codified ordinances; to amend Section 144.02, as amended by Ordinance No. 1655-80, passed July 31, 1980, relating to the Director’s duties; to enact new Section 144.021 to establish a new office; to amend 183.021, as amended by Ordinance No. 837-2017, passed August 16, 2017, relating to the land reutilization programs; to establish a new Special Revenue Fund; and to authorize the hiring of an additional employee.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Designating Old John Marshall High School Building as a Cleveland Landmark.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of City Planning to employ one or more professional consultants to enhance the existing Form Based Code pilot program and expand the Form Based Code to additional districts and geographies, for a period of one year with three one-year options to renew, exercisable with additional legislative authority.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Approving certain modifications and amendments to the St. Vincent Center (Project No. Ohio R-13) Urban Renewal Plan with respect to releasing a permanent parcel from the area boundaries.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Approving the addition of certain property located at 1301 East 9th Street to the Northeast Ohio Advanced Energy District; accepting and approving a petition and plan from a property owner in the District identifying a special energy improvement project; declaring it necessary to conduct the special energy improvement project; providing for the assessment of the cost of such special energy improvement project; authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into an Energy Project Cooperative Agreement and a Special Assessment Agreement to implement the project; and declaring an emergency.
