- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to enter into a Lease By Way of Concession with Neighborhood Health Care Inc. dba Neighborhood Family Practice for the public purpose of providing medical and clinical physician services at the Community Health Center at 2358 Professor Avenue, for a term of one year.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to apply for and accept one or more grants from Cuyahoga County Invest in Children Program and First Year Cleveland to conduct MomsFirst project services under the Invest in Children Partnership and First Year Cleveland Partnership Programs; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies, entities, or individuals to implement the grants.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to apply for and accept a grant from Share Our Strength to conduct the Food Access Navigators program under Cultivating Cleveland’s Next Generation project; and authorizing one or more contracts with East 66th Street Services Inc., and Elements of Internal Movement Eternal Pull Inc. to implement the grant.
