- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with The Safety Company LLC dba MTech Company to provide proprietary parts and services to maintain CUES pipeline inspection trucks and equipment, including labor, for the Division of Water Pollution Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a term of two years.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of hauling and disposing of residuals from the Crown Water Works Plant, and in emergencies, other water treatment plants; authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with Polydyne, Inc. for polymer chemicals needed for dewatering Crown’s residuals, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a term up to two years.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of valves, actuators, and appurtenances, and labor and materials needed to repair, replace, maintain, exercise, and test existing valves, valve actuators and valve appurtenances, and to provide related services, for the Division of Water, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.

- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more requirement contracts without competitive bidding with OPEX Corporation to provide proprietary hardware and software support and on-call maintenance for mail extractors, scanners, and ID assist towers, for the Division of Fiscal Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more contracts with BancTec, Inc. for software support and maintenance services for its payment processing system, for the Division of Utilities Fiscal Control, Department of Public Utilities, for a period of two years.
