  1. 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into a license and right-of-entry agreement granting the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, also known as AMTRAK, or its designee, the right to use and occupy City-owned property located adjacent to the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway to operate its rail passenger station for a period of two years continuing month-to-month thereafter and to make the public improvement of installing and maintaining Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA-compliant, improvements at the site. 34-2026 recommended for approval
  2. 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the first option to renew Contract No. PS 2025-0082 with Team Hallahan, LLC to provide lobbying services to assist with legislative, regulatory and policy issues with the Cleveland Airport System. 230-2026 recommended for approval
  3. 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into one or more agreements with Urban Bridges for the exchange of easements; authorizing the Director to execute deeds of easement granting to Urban Bridges certain utility easement rights on City-owned property; declaring the easement rights not needed for the City’s public use; and authorizing the Director to accept from Urban Bridges certain easement rights needed for mutual rights of entry and exiting access. 89-2026 recommended for approval
