- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing high-comfort pedestrian and bicycle improvements at various locations; authorizing the Director of the City Planning Commission, Public Works and/or Capital Projects, as appropriate, to enter into one or more public improvement and professional services contracts needed for the improvement; authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire, accept, and record for right-of-way purposes real property and easements; authorizing the Director to accept rights-of-entry from private property owners; authorizing the Director to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed to effectuate this ordinance, including electric/no-emission vehicles and equipment; and to enter into other agreements or execute documents necessary to conduct the program.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property for the construction of the new Cleveland Division of Fire’s Fire Station No. 23 located at 10022 Madison Avenue, for the Department of Public Safety.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Declaring the necessity and intention to appropriate property for the public use of constructing new Fire Station No. 23 for the Division of Fire, located at 10022 Madison Avenue.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of various types of general maintenance, structural repair, and lubrication requirements of moveable bridges, including materials, equipment, supplies, services and labor, if necessary, for the Division of Streets, Department of Public Works, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of rock salt, for the Division of Streets, Department of Public Works, for a period of one year.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts for the transfer and disposal of solid waste, for the Division of Waste Collection and Disposal, Department of Public Works, for a term of two years, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of the transfer, disposal, and processing of recyclable materials, for the Division of Waste Collection and Disposal, Department of Public Works, for a period of two years, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance to transfer Neighborhood Equity Funds to the Division of Recreation to support programs sponsored by the Boards of certain Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers.
- 9 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 1470-2025, passed December 1, 2025, relating to the consent to County of Cuyahoga for the resurfacing to the south corporation line and allocation of County Tax Funds for the improvement and to cause payment to the County for the City’s share of the improvement.
- 10 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to apply for and accept a grant from the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District for the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District Special Project.
