2. 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into an amendment to Contract No. CT-0103-PS2023*0338 with Michael Baker International, Inc. to provide additional design services needed to enhance the scope of the rehabilitation of Lorain Avenue from West 65th Street to West 20th Street, for the Office of Capital Projects. 351-2026 recommended for approval
3. 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to Juliet LLC, to encroach into the public right-of-way of West 6th Street by installing, using and maintaining decorative wrought irons, 4” x 4” steel posts, footers and a steel canopy. 365-2026 recommended for approval
4. 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Community Development to administer the Community Engagement Healthy Home Initiative; to enter into one or more contracts with various Community Development Corporations for the purpose of hiring Community Engagement Specialists by neighborhood to improve the quality of life for residents and the City’s housing stock; to enter into professional services contracts for training to conduct the Initiative; and to make purchases of materials, equipment, supplies, and services needed to conduct the Initiative. 464-2026 recommended for approval
5. 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 2, 3, 5, and 8 of Ordinance No. 858-2025, passed July 9, 2025, as amended by Ordinance No. 1225-2025, passed November 10, 2025, relating to budget allocations received from HUD for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnerships Act Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Grant. 518-2026 recommended for approval
6. 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Community Development to apply for and accept grants from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for PY2026 under the Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, for the 2026 Community Development Block Grant Program, Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Act Program, Emergency Solutions Grant Program, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program. 520-2026 recommended for approval
