Resolution to Authorize the North Carolina Azalea Festival at Wilmington, Inc. to Use Various City Parking Lots and Park Space, to Allow Service of Alcoholic Beverages During the 2019 North Carolina Azalea Festival on the Property of the Second Street Parking Lot (formerly the Ligon Flynn Lot), and to Allow Vendors to Give Free Tastings of Unfortified Wine and Sell Sealed Unfortified Wine Bottles on Front Street, Between Grace Street and Walnut Street (Councilmember Rivenbark).
