Public comments are welcomed by City Council and may be submitted online via https://form.jotform.com/202643500426041 by 5 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Any requests received past 5 p.m. will be processed for the next appropriate Council meeting. • The second regular meeting of the month is for Council consideration of consent, public hearing, and business items.
