Meetings are available for viewing through the City website https://greensboro.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx and are streamed live and captioned on Greensboro Television Network and Roku on http://greensboro.granicus.com/player/camera/3?publish_id=99&autostart=1&redirect=true • The first regular meeting of the month is for Council consideration of public forum comments, presentational, consent, public hearing, and business items as needed. Public comments are welcomed by Council and may be submitted online via https://form.jotform.com/202643500426041 by 5 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Any requests received past 5 p.m. will be processed for the next appropriate Council meeting. The City of Greensboro and Greensboro Television Network (GTN) make every effort to provide quality audio and video for live meetings; however, there are limitations. Internet providers and/or Zoom software may impart audio delays, video delays or other signal degradations. Participants are requested to mute microphones until called upon, and to wait until other speakers have completed their comments. To aid Zoom participants, GTN provides a Council Chamber camera feed in the Zoom gallery for viewers to have a better perspective of the Council proceedings, Chamber speakers and presentations. Optimum television viewing is provided by Spectrum channel 13, North State channel 31 and AT&T U-verse channel 99. GTN also streams on Roku and the City of Greensboro website. • The second regular meeting of the month is for Council consideration of consent, public hearing, and business items. Public comments and/or requests for participation in specific agenda items or public hearing matters may be submitted to https://form.jotform.com/202643500426041 by 5 p.m. the day prior to the Council meeting. Any requests received past 5 p.m. will be processed for the next appropriate Council meeting. When emailing comments or requests to participate in the Council meeting, please identify which item you are addressing. Residents requesting to participate will be emailed an invitation to register with instructions on how to participate, including a unique password that cannot be used by other individuals. All comments received are subject to the public records law and will be posted on the City of Greensboro website.
