- 34 Notice is hereby given that all Regular or Special Meetings and/or Work Sessions for the Greensboro City Council will be held as hybrid meetings until further notice. The public are welcomed and encouraged to view meetings via the City website https://greensboro.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx OR the stream will be available on the City of Greensboro GTN webpage at https://www.greensboro-nc.gov/departments/communications-marketing/greensboro-television-network-gtn. The meeting can also be viewed on AT&T U-verse channel 99, NorthState channel 31, Spectrum channel 13 and available on the Roku streaming service. • The first regular meeting of the month is for Council consideration of public forum comments, presentational, consent, public hearing, and business items as needed. Public comments are welcomed by City Council and may be submitted online via https://form.jotform.com/202643500426041 by 5 p.m. the day prior to the meeting. Any requests received past 5 p.m. will be processed for the next appropriate Council meeting. • The second regular meeting of the month is for Council consideration of consent, public hearing, and business items. Public comments and/or requests for participation in specific agenda items or public hearing matters may be submitted to https://form.jotform.com/202643500426041 by 5 p.m. the day prior to the Council meeting. Any requests received past 5 p.m. will be processed for the next appropriate Council meeting. Following the conclusion of comments during the public forum and/or speaking to a specific item, residents will be removed from the Zoom call and are invited to observe the remainder of the meeting on the Greensboro Television Network (GTN) or via the City website at https://greensboro.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. When emailing comments or requests to participate in the Council meeting, please identify which item you are addressing by providing the ID # or a brief description of the item.
