- 1. Approval of minutes from Town Council meetings held on April 4, 18, 25, and May 2, 2023.
- 2. Town Attorney Rate Increase PURPOSE: This item allows the Town Manager to authorize an hourly rate increase in contract with Brough Law Firm.
- 3. Resolution to Authorize a Contract PURPOSE: To request Town Council authorize the Town Manager to award a contract to Environmental Air Systems DBA Envirotrol for replacement of the Century Center chiller and Direct Digital Control (DDC) system upgrades.
- 4. Request to Set Legislative Public Hearing for Text Amendments PURPOSE: To request the Town Council consider setting a public hearing on revised text amendments to the Land Use Ordinance relating to Cafes and Residential Density in Certain Zoning Districts. A resolution setting a public hearing for June 18, 2024, has been provided.
- 5. Town Council 2023-2024 Retreat Summary PURPOSE: This item is to provide a summary of matters discussed during the Carrboro Town Council 2023-2024 retreat that took place February 3, 2024.
