Public Hearing on a Request for Voluntary Annexation of Property Contiguous to the Town Limits PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Town Council to receive public comment on a request for voluntary annexation of three properties, 820 and 904 Homestead Road and 310 Lucas Lane. An ordinance annexing these properties into the Town limits is provided for the Town Council’s use.
