Review and Acceptance of the 2023 Annual Report on the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) from the Technical Advisory Committee PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to request that the Town Council review and accept the 2023 Annual Report on the SAPFO. The Orange County Board of Commissioners has referred the 2023 draft report for review. A resolution for the Council’s use has been prepared.
