A Public Hearing for a Minor Modification Request to the Winmore VMU Conditional Use Permit to allow conversion of Lot 179 to three single-family lots and assign the community pool to serve as civic use for the VMU PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for Town Council to hold a public hearing and consider whether to approve a Minor Modification to the Conditional Use Permit for Winmore VMU to allow conversion of Lot 179 to three single-family lots and assign the community pool to serve as civic use for the VMU. A resolution approving the modification is attached should the Town Council choose to approve the request.
