Request to Set a Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for The ArtsCenter at 315 Jones Ferry Road PURPOSE: Coulter Jewell Thames PA has submitted a conditional use permit application to locate The ArtsCenter at 315 Jones Ferry Road. Prior to reaching a decision on a request for a CUP, Council must hold a public hearing to receive input. Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached resolution setting a public hearing for February 23, 2021 for consideration of the conditional use permit request.
