Amendment to Project Ordinance and Construction Authorization for the Broad Street Culvert Replacement PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Town Council to appropriate additional funding from the Stormwater Enterprise Fund and authorize the Town Manager to execute a construction contract to complete construction for the Broad Street culvert replacement.
