Authorization to Renew Lease Agreement for Community School for People Under Six PURPOSE: Community School for People Under Six (CSPU6) has expressed interest in renewing their lease agreement for the Town’s property on Hargraves Street in Carrboro. The Board of Aldermen is requested to adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute the lease agreement.
