Public Hearing on a Land Use Ordinance Amendment to Align References to the State Environmental Agencies and Nutrient Load Accounting Tool in the Town’s Stormwater Volume Control Provisions. PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board of Aldermen consider to an amendment to the Land Use Ordinance. No substantive changes to the regulations are proposed as the purpose is to update the specific references to the names of the North Carolina agencies and analytical tools in the LUO so that the LUO is current and in alignment with the state. The Board must receive public input before reaching a decision on the draft ordinance.
