Request to set a Public Hearing on Land Use Ordinance and Town Code Amendments Related to Various Advisory Boards PURPOSE: Over the course of the last several months, staff has received requests to amend the Land Use Ordinance and Town Code relating to five advisory boards: the Appearance Commission, the Affordable Housing Advisory Board, the Environmental Advisory Board, the Safe Routes to School Implementation Committee and Transportation Advisory Board. Draft ordinances have been prepared. The purpose of this item is to set a public hearing for June 25, 2019 and to refer the amendments to Orange County and appropriate advisory boards.
