Authorization for Town Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Chapel Hill for Sharing Costs Related to Market Analysis and Code Writing related to Rogers Road Neighborhood Community Mapping Report PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to provide the Board of Aldermen an opportunity to authorize the Town Manager to execute an interlocal agreement between the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro to establish responsibility for the project administration and cost sharing related to the development of tools to implement the land use management/zoning concepts included in the report prepared for in 2016 for the neighborhood.
