Amendment to Capital Project Ordinance for the Homestead Road-Chapel Hill High School Multi-Use Path and Authorization of Contract Amendments PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to request authorization from the Board of Aldermen to seek a TIP amendment to reallocate UPWP funds to the Homestead Road-Chapel Hill High School Multi-Use Path to use toward project completion, to consider appropriating $38,932 from the Bond Fund as local match and to authorize amendments to complete the project.
