Carr Mill - Minor Modification to CUP - Weaver Street Market Yard Renovation, Cafe Enclosure & Weaver St. Sidewalk Widening PURPOSE: N. R. Milian Associates, on behalf of Carr Mill Limited Partnership, has submitted an application for a minor modification to the existing Carr Mill Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow Improvements to the Weaver Street Market yard, an expansion of the Café into existing covered walkway, and the widening of the Weaver St. sidewalk.
