Board of Aldermen Discussion Regarding a Possible “Truth Plaque” Concept PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to allow the Board of Aldermen time to discuss the possible installation of a “truth plaque” that will detail the ugly truth of the racist history of Julian Carr, the Town’s namesake.
