Review and Acceptance of the 2018 Annual Report on the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) from the Technical Advisory Committee PURPOSE: The Orange County Board of County Commissioners has referred the 2018 report for review. The Board of Commissioners has requested comments from partner local governments by April 23rd. A resolution that accepts the report has been attached. The Board may choose to attach comments if desired.
