Request to Set the Public Hearing on 802 & 806 South Merritt Mill Road Conditional Use District Rezoning/Conditional Use Permit PURPOSE: CASA NC has submitted an application for an R-2 (CU) conditional use rezoning and conditional use permit (CUP) to allow for the construction of a three-story connected multifamily residential complex on two adjacent properties on Merritt Mill Road. Prior to reaching a decision on these requests, the Board of Aldermen must receive public input. A resolution setting a public hearing is provided for the Board’s use.
