Amendment to Capital Project Ordinance for Construction of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Park PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to consider appropriating approximately $40,000 from fund balance in the General Fund for transfer to the Capital Projects Fund for completion of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park project.
