Request to Set the Public Hearing for the Boer Brothers CUP application for 626-630 Hwy 54 PURPOSE: The Boer Brothers Heating and Cooling company, as represented by Pennoni engineers, has submitted an application for the construction of a company headquarters located at 626- &630 Hwy 54 (on the old Saffelle site); see Attachment B. The Conditional Use Permit, if approved, would allow the creation 13,772 sf of office and warehouse space located within three separate steel buildings. The property is located in the Watershed Manufacturing-3 (WM-3) zoning district. The applicants are requesting that the Board set the public hearing date for the conditional use permit request on November 28th, 2017.
