Review and Acceptance of the 2017 Annual Report on the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) from the Technical Advisory Committee PURPOSE: The Orange County Board of County Commissioners has referred the 2017 report for review. The Board of Commissioners is scheduled to certify the report on April 10th. A resolution that accepts the report has been attached. The Board may choose to attach comments if desired.
