Discussion the Proposed North Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM) Advocacy Goals and Selection of Voting Delegates PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to request that the Board of Aldermen review the proposed NCLM Advocacy Goals and highlight any areas of concern or disagreement with them. The Board will also select the voting delegates to the 2016 Advocacy Goals Conference.
