Shelton Station CUP, Minor Modification PURPOSE: Shelton Station LLC, has submitted an application for a minor modification to the Shelton Station Conditional Use Permit. Shelton Station is a mixed-use commercial/residential development located adjacent to and including 402 N. Greensboro Street. This modification requests that the project be divided into two phases to facilitate issuance of the certificate of occupancy for the commercial building, whose construction is nearly complete.
