Review of the 2016 Annual Report on the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) from the Technical Advisory Committee PURPOSE: The Orange County Board of County Commissioners has referred the 2016 report for review and comments. The Board of Commissioners is scheduled to certify the report in May. A resolution that provides an opportunity for the Board of Aldermen to specify comments has been prepared.
