Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Enter into an Agreement between the Town of Carrboro and the Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) to Establish Network Interconnectivity and Network Infrastructure Facilities Sharing. PURPOSE: The purpose of the interconnectivity and infrastructure sharing is to provide OWASA a path to the MCNC NCREN network for less costly high speed broadband internet connectivity. This agreement will also establish interorganizational connectivity that may be leveraged by future projects and partnerships.
