Opening and Continuation of a Public Hearing for Major Modification to Conditional Use Permit for The Butler to allow Hilton Garden Inn to February 23rd, 2016. PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to open the public hearing for review of an application for a major modification to the existing Conditional Use Permit (with associated conditional use rezoning) for 107 Padgette Lane. The applicant has requested that the public hearing scheduled to open on this date be continued to the Board’s February 23, 2016 meeting to allow additional time to address Advisory Board recommendations from the January 7th Joint Review meeting.
