Ordinance Amending Town Code Section 7-19 ( c )- Adding the St Paul AME 5K to the List of Exempt Events PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is for the Board of Aldermen to consider a request by the organizers of the St Paul AME 5K to add both their race to the current exempt event list outlined in the Town Code Section 7 - 19 ( c ).
