Request to Approve a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to Select a Contractor to Construct the Homestead Road Multi-use Path and to Execute an Updated Supplemental Agreement Extending PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to consider authorizing the Town Manager to select a contractor to construct the Homestead Road Multi-use Path and to execute a new Supplemental Agreement to reflect additional STP-DA Funds and to extend the milestone dates relating to completion.
