Continuation-3 of Public Hearing on the Conditional Use District Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit for 501 South Greensboro Street PURPOSE: Third Continuation meeting of the public hearing opened on April 28, 2015 regarding applications for an M-3-conditional use rezoning (M-3-CU) and a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow for the construction of a three- to four- building commercial development on property located at 501 South Greensboro Street, also known as the former Rogers-Triem site. This is the third continuation of the original meeting. The other meetings were held on May 5 and May 26.
