Supplemental Agreement with NCDOT and Amended Project Ordinance for Bike Loop Detectors PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to consider approving a Supplemental Agreement to extend the completion date and increase the budget for the installation of four bicycle detectors in the downtown area.
