Authorize Facilitated Process for Discussion of Lloyd Farm Development Plan PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to authorize the Town Manager to execute a contract amendment with the Dispute Settlement Center to coordinate and facilitate a process for discussing the Lloyd Farm development plan.
