A Request to Set a Public Hearing on the Temporary Street Closing Permit Application for the Not So Normal 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon races. PURPOSE: The purpose for this agenda item is to set a public hearing for January 27, 2015 for a Street Closing Permit Application submitted by www.MomInChapelHillNC.com for the temporary closing and usage of streets from 7:30AM to 12:30PM on Sunday, May 17th 2015 to accommodate the Not So Normal 5k, 10K, and Half Marathon.
