Approval of Interlocal Agreement for Reimbursement of Costs Related to Preliminary Engineering and Community Outreach for the Rogers Road Sewer Project PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to provide the Board of Aldermen an opportunity to consider the draft interlocal agreement between the Towns of Chapel Hill Carrboro, and Orange County. The interlocal agreement establishes a responsibility for the Towns to reimburse Orange County a portion of the costs of the preliminary engineering and community outreach associated with the Rogers Road sewer project.
