Establishment of Stop Controls and Speed Limit on Bike Alley PURPOSE: The Board of Aldermen is asked to approve a resolution establishing stop conditions on Bike Alley, per Sec. 6-4 of the Town Code, and a speed limit, per Sec. 6-16 of the Town Code. Based on Board comments, changes to the ordinance have been made to reduce the speed limit to 10 MPH.
