Request to Approve a Supplemental Agreement with NCDOT for the Morgan Creek Greenway PURPOSE: The Board is asked to approve a Supplemental Agreement with NCDOT to amend the current Municipal Agreement to extend the milestone dates for completion of the greenway; add additional STP-DA funding; and amend the scope of the project based on the Board’s previous direction.
