Statewide Transportation Improvement Program and STP-DA and TAP Funding PURPOSE: The Board of Aldermen received information on, and adopted resolutions relating to, the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and Surface Transportation Program-Direct Apportionment (STP-DA) and Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding, during its November 12 and November 19, 2013, meetings.
