Update on Strategic Energy and Climate Action Planning PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to provide the Board with an update of the interdepartmental initiative to develop a strategic energy plan for Town operations, to seek Board feedback on the overall direction of the project and to authorize staff to begin to flesh-out some of the proposals for incorporation into the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) and annual budget cycle. .
